Don't be fooled by the look from the street. There was construction happening on the house in front of this property. During the night, when we arrived, it looked like a derelict property, and the door to the walkway to the property was hard to spot. We thought, "OH no! What did we get ourselves into?" However, once we found the door, and walked in, we were in a lovely yard, and the property was great. In the morning we could see that the "derelict" house was just a house being refurbished.
