This recently renovated holiday home is located 600 metres from Aretusa Beach and 700 metres from Cala Rossa Beach. The property is non-smoking and is located 300 metres from Syracuse Cathedral.The property is a whole house (which looks recently renovated) with a small inner courtyard which separates two rooms, therefore it feels quite large. The entrance leads to a living room with a comfy sofa and a kitchen that has just enough to cook something. The bathroom was nice and clean and the bedroom was comfy with enough space for clothes and personal belongings. The location is near the marina and fairly close to the centre of Ortigia. The host was very friendly and pointed us to many different places to visit.
