Also, separate toilet on groundfloor.Large bright kitchen area with full kitchen facilities (just bring your own food)Laundry room with full facilities.Excellent outdoor dining area with gas BBQ. We spent many good evenings dining and drinking here.Huge garden with large clean swimming pool and also with direct access to lagoon.Local shop (Basing Hill stores) with most essentials 5 mins walk. Small village 20 mins walk with good supermarket and choice of snackbars and restuarants.Good local hire facilities for mopeds and cars. (Basing Hill stores) Just make sure you pre order with 24/36 hours notice. Friendly and helpful staff.
