Set in a restored 17th-century building in the centre of Valletta, U Collection - a Luxury Collection Suites, Valletta offers elegant accommodation with free WiFi and luxurious modern interiors. Saint John's Co-Cathedral is a 3-minute walk away.Property is in a very good location, close to bars, restaurants, St.John's Church, walking streets, historical buildings and night life, however it's in a smaller side street, avoiding mass of people walking!Very easy to find, very easy to get in.Umberto is the most kind and helpful host we've ever met, however we saw each other only for few minutes but contacted via WhatsApp during our holiday, and he gave every informations we needed very quickly, even before our arrival (how to check in etc). Every apartment has it's own key which operates the elevator, going directly into the apartment, fully separated from other guests.Rooms are large and bright, clean, equipped with everything, offering daily room service if need (cleaning, changing towels). Very comfortable beds, large bathroom with shower and with many stuffs for having bath. Balcony is mostly for standing, but enough to have a great view towards the sea and town in the morning and evening. Some bars and restaurants are directly behind the building at a large square but no need to worry about street noise, rooms are sound-proofed, wasn't any disturbing noises or music even at evening time! Air condition is fully controlled individually for all rooms.Need to take attention to the built-in secure system which turns off aircon when balcony door is opened, which is anyway a good thing to save energy. Building is historical and modern all at once.There wasn't any bad about our stay there, highly recommended!!
