The property is non-smoking and is situated 7 km from Churchill Square Shopping Centre.Cleverly designed, considerately furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean accommodation - perfect as a base for exploring the south coast and visits into Brighton/Hove. Despite it's relatively compact size, it had everything we needed (and more) for a cosy stay on a stormy night in late October. Located 2 minutes from Southwick station (though you could not hear any train noise), we were in central Brighton within 25 minutes of leaving the property. Great communication throughout from the friendly, informative hosts. Would very much recommend, especially considering the value for money this lovely little place represents.
