The property is non-smoking and is situated 11 km from Katoomba Scenic World.The property is very beautiful with lovely garden and backyard located in quiet suburb perfect for families , it has got everything you need with fully equipped kitchen , good heating facilities it was warm and cosy , my son loved the collection of toys and board games it was very thoughtful , Joy left instructions on how to operate heater , dvd, stove etc which was really helpful , was lucky enough to see the morning sunrise and I enjoyed my cup of tea with the beautiful view :) thanks Joy had a lovely time
