Inn / Guest House. Boasting a bar and a restaurant in a building that is over 400 years old, Room at the Inn is situated on the main street in Lyme Regis. The property is within walking distance from all of the shops, bars and restaurants as well as being a 2-minute walk from the sea. The double room with en-suite shower room overlooks the Main Street and features tea/coffee making facilities. The Volunteer is open everyday of the week serving drinks and food is also served for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday. The nearest airport is Exeter International Airport, 47 km from the accommodation. Please note that the room is above the bar and building is in a busy Main Street so if you are looking for peace and tranquility it's probably not for you! We do not have parking onsite but there are several large carparks in the area. Holmbush Carpark is 400 metres up the hill from the property. NCP Carpark (behind Tesco) is 50 metres from the property but has reduced parking space in peak seasons, with higher rates than other car parks in the area. Charmouth Road and Woodmead Hall carpark are also both within a 10 minute walk. Regrettably we are not dog friendly in the rooms however we are in the pub itself.
