They really do make every effort to welcome and give the very best possible experience to guests. So many great little touches included free tea and coffee, low cost snacks and soup, not to mention the excellent choice of local beers. The access was all by code with no physical key, and the 600Mb/s broadband gave fantastic WiFi signal of 194Mb/s. I arrived early (4pm) and was treated to personal welcome and a full tour. The ambitious re-development and ongoing expansion did mean some building noise during the day, but the hotel looks set to be even better when everything is complete.
