Although we didn't meet in person, we felt welcome already. The arrival was as expected and the apartment was very clean and comfy. Especially the deep pile carpet was pleasant to walk on. The kitchen came with all appliances and we cooked both dinner as an all English breakfast ourselves. A convenience store was conveniently just around the corner. The evening before visiting the Harry Potter studio by foot, we watched one of the films upping the anticipation.
