The spacious villa is located on the ground floor and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster. The air-conditioned unit at the property features a walk-in shower and a dressing room. This villa is allergy-free and non-smoking.Location was excellent. It was located on a large pond(approx. 2 blocks long). There were turtles, fish and ducks in the pond. There was also a walking path that went true the trees which we did not use, This very cute house was total set up for handicaps with 2 walk-in showers and 4 TVs. All equipment -washer/dryer, frig with ice maker etc. worked perfect. The house is much larger than the pics show. All I can say is GREAT PLACE TO RENT.
