Hotel guests can access the Bürgenstock Boat Shuttle as well as a funicular from and to Lucerne during their entire stay free of charge.My family and I enjoyed the high quality service and hospitality during our stay at both Bürgenstock Hotel and Palace Hotel. We were extremely delighted to know that our rooms had been upgraded. The staff — the receptionist who checked us in, the waiters and Spa receptionists — were always friendly and helpful, too. Besides, the food is exceptionally good there. The breakfasts are amazing, and there are plenty of different cuisines available when it comes to lunch or dinner. We also liked that we could have some meal at the Lobby Restaurant almost anytime without any reservation. The upgraded rooms had a wonder lake view. They were very clean and tidy, thanks to the housekeepers. The territory of the hotels is huge and very picturesque as well, so long walks are a must there.
