There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.From the welcome sign, bottle of wine and snacks on arrival, everything about our stay at Oakland’s was exceptional.The rooms were all beautifully appointed, and the beds extremely comfortable. The thrill of the pot belly stove in the evenings to waking up and seeing ducks, wallabies and other birds made these city slickers appreciate how much we are missing out in the city. Plus the quietness at Oakland’s made our stay so restful, we both felt so relaxed during our stay, it was difficult to return to the big smoke. We thoroughly recommend staying at Oakland’s, it’s truly a magical place.
