Located in Matlhagame, Makanyane Lodge provides accommodation with a private pool, a patio and garden views. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The holiday home has an outdoor fireplace and wellness packages.This was by far the best stay on our trip. We did Cape Town, Pilanesberg and then Joburg! This lodge is sooooo dreamy. It was initially built for the owner to live here and you can see how much detail went into it. Marc and housekeeping were amazing! I would 100% stay here again without a doubt. It was our friends first time to South Africa and they were so spoilt! They got to see 4 of the big 5 - which is quite lucky. We did encounter a scorpion, but you have to remember, you are in complete wilderness. I will dram about this one for a while :(
