This Swedish Lapland lodge is 40 minutes’ drive from Gällivare Ski Resort and 50 minutes' drive from Kiruna city centre. It offers Wi-Fi access, as well as bright and spacious rooms with a private entrance.I think this place is a paradise in the midst of Swedish Lappland. Situated between Kiruna and Gällivare, it's a wonderful 1-floor hotel and camping. I've been in the hotel room and it's just wonderful. Super clean, woods, comfortable bed, an efficient warming and shoes dryer. And it's just outside the green law! You just open the door and are almost in the nature! The Kalix river is really near and reachable in 2 minutes walking, as well as the old historical bridge from 1930 who connected the two parts of Lappeasuando village. The staff is very friendly and breakfast was okay. Free parking. Souvenir shop. You can also see the auroras because it's situated 170 km North of Polar Circle (I read Gällivare is 150 km North and the lodge is 20 km from Gällivare). What else? Oh yes, strong WiFi and nice place for fishing (except from 1st September to 31th December). Absolutely one of the best places where I have been in Northern Sweden, I would prefer this to the modern stupid and globalised Scandic hotels.
