Kabaleyan Cove Resort has a terrace, restaurant and bar in San Carlos. With a garden, the 2-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The accommodation features room service and a 24-hour front desk for guests.It’s one of the good places I’ve been to. You definitely get your money’s worth (or maybe even more). The pools are big and clean, so are the rooms. The staff are approachable and very helpful. They actually know and give good service.
