Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area.We really loved our stay here. If it was available, I would book it immediately. The property undersells itself in the description, in my opinion. It is essentially a set of private apartments at an old family vineyard just outside Montalcino and we could have not asked for a more unique experience. The apartment was essentially an entire building itself so it felt very isolated and had a wonderful balcony and easy parking. Emilio was there to greet us and explained we were free to explore the gardens and vineyards as we wanted. He event set up a private tour of the estate including the cellars and vintage collections. Emilio and our tour guide were incredibly generous and pleasant the entire time, offering up restaurant recommendations or answering any last second questions. It was lovely to learn about Brunello wine in such an intimate experience that I don't think we could have easily replicated at the other tours we went on. Their balcony’s over look endless vineyards and good views of Montalcino hill top while only being a 4 minute drive from town. The property is located below Montalcino but still high enough that you get classic Tuscan views just outside your window.
