They are very friendly and go the extra mile to provide excellent customer . The rooms are nicely appointed, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is very relaxing.The breakfast was made to order and was very good. We had an issue with our car. The maintenance man was a former mechanic. He drove us and our car to a friend's mechanic shop to have the car fixed. He also helped work on the car. 😀Not sure what we would have done without the help of the caring staff at Casa Valeria. Thank you
