The holiday home has private entrance.My family of 5 had plenty of space, the apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The addition of the small balcony in Smaraldo was lovely. We loved the simple but stylish decor, all beautifully presented and clean and tidy. The working shutters were a lovely original feature and the garden was an added bonus. A 10 minute walk to the lake front which has been renovated and has lake access, plus an easy to use bus stop outside the property made the location perfect.
