The staff was so nice. The day we were supposed to check in, the trains were running late, and the girl accommodated us to check in a little later than we were supposed to. We had breakfast both mornings, and I enjoyed it. The day we were set to check out was my daughter's birthday, and the staff gave her what I think was a bottle champagne to celebrate. It was so sweet and unexpected. I would definitely stay again.
